Lovingly restored it has been finished to a very high standard and decorated with Laura Ashley fabrics throughout. The home boasts a galleried hallway and two lounges, one has a window seat to enjoy the early morning sunshine and the other has French doors opening on to a decked area. Accommodation overview: This holiday home is on a small development in the popular seaside resort of Dunmore East, just 10 miles from Waterford city. It is nicely furnished and spacious with its own patio and enjoys access to a private tennis court. Please bring your own ball and racquets. It is ideally located being a short stroll to a fantastic sandy beach, with a pub/restaurant adjacent. In the summer season there is sailing and wind surfing with tuition offered, including boat hire and fishing excursions from the harbour. There is a lovely park at the top of the village and many select restaurants.
