It is the home of skylarks and little terns (please be careful not to disturb the nests) and the habitat of sea holly, sea pea and bird's foot trefoil to name a few. Our properties here enjoy the sunrise over the sea and stunning sunsets over the marshes. Beach House, behind South Denes is a unique property which has been restored and maintained to a high standard throughout. It has exceptional views of the sea, common, estuary and harbour with Walberswick in the distance. The property boasts a rear garden with panoramic views.
