Holme is on the North Norfolk coast and offers a sandy beach and excellent opportunities for bird watching, cycling and walking. The small village of Holme-next-the-Sea sits on the beautiful North Norfolk Coast and is at the northern end of Peddars Way, the Roman road from Colchester to Lincoln via a ferry across the wash. It has a wide sandy beach which is excellent for everything from sandcastles to kiting. With Holme Dunes and Titchwell Nature Reserve on the doorstep, Hunstanton, Burnham Market and Brancaster all within a very short distance, the village is an ideal base for exploring this part of Norfolk's coastline and enjoying its many beaches, walking and cycling opportunities. This is a 300-year-old cottage in the quiet village of Holme-next-the-Sea, approximately one mile from the North Norfolk coast. The cottage is also close to the local nature reserves, and a ten minute drive from the fabulous beaches at Hunstanton and Brancaster. With a large enclosed garden, spacious and well equipped, versatile accommodation it is a property which can be enjoyed throughout the year. We do ask that they are not allowed upstairs and should be left in the inner hall and utility room if left unattended. The inner hall is an ideal area for wet dogs. Pets are not allowed in the Annexe at any time. Damage caused by unattended dogs should be paid for. Also Provided: A selection of books and games. Extras: Towel hire available at £6 per person per week, payable on booking. Notes: The annexe can be booked for £150 per week during the low season - bands A & B, payable on booking. During main school holidays and high season the cottage and the annexe have to be booked as one unit.
