Stylishly furnished and full of character it features a wonderfully spacious and comfortable living / dining room with stripped wooden floorboards and a vaulted ceiling with impressive 'A' frame oak beams providing a real wow factor, with captivating sea views by day and mood lighting to create a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere in the evening. Double French doors open onto a pretty balcony perfect for just watching the world go by. The spacious kitchen also has French doors onto a larger second balcony ideal for BBQs or leisurely breakfasts al fresco. There are three bedrooms in total. On the first floor is an attractively presented triple aspect room with a super king bed which can be converted to a twin on request, and a spacious twin room with sea views and a separate shower / utility room. On the second floor an attractive double room with iron bedstead and a generous size bathroom with roll top bath and built in power shower cubicle complete the accommodation.
