Accommodation
A spacious character cottage in a superb location overlooking the river. Parking is available roadside. Myrtle Cottage sits just across from the East Lyn river, a short stroll from the village centre and close to an abundance of coastal and country walks. To the front of the cottage, off the hallway, a modern living room has an electric wood burning stove effect fire making it cosy at any time of year. The separate spacious dining room features an original Rayburn, which although no longer in use adds to the charm of this family room which is open plan to the compact modern kitchen. Three bedrooms and separate modern bathroom are on the first floor, the double and compact single enjoying river views. A small front terrace is a lovely spot to sit and relax within the sound of the tumbling river and to the rear is an enclosed paved courtyard. With a pebble beach and a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants on the doorstep. Myrtle Cottage offers a relaxing haven at the end of the day. Accommodation: Ground floor: Hall. Living room with TV with Freeview, DVD, video, stereo and electric wood burning effect stove. Dining room. Kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Shed housing a washer/dryer. First floor: Bedroom 1 with Double. Bedroom 2 with Twin. Bedroom 3 with 2' 6" Single. Bathroom with bath and fitted shower over bath, WC and basin.
Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Electric heating. No smoking. 1 pet welcome. Patio furniture. Roadside parking. No short breaks. 4pm arrival time. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
