Stroll down the garden path and through the listed front doorway into a large hallway and on to the spacious comfortable sitting room with an impressive inglenook fireplace made cosy by a wood burning stove. A special feature of the light, bright and newly fitted dining kitchen is a huge oak beam with vaulted ceiling and a separate utility room provides even more space. Just off the utility room an additional ground floor bathroom is ideal for use after those muddy walks or visits to the beach. Upstairs you will discover the quirky nature of this historic cottage in the uneven walls and floor, all adding to the charm, and where two attractive bedrooms are served by a modern family bathroom. Guests have full private use of the lawned front gardens, which are fully enclosed, and the rear area has lovely views over the valley. Accommodation: Ground floor. Hall.
